I am a senior at Clovis High School. I am also a marketing student at CART. I come from a family of 7 kids. When I was 13 my mother owned a preschool and every friday was "pizza firday" and we would cook pizzas for all the kids then disribute them to the classrooms. So I've been expierementing with pizza for the past couple of years which is why i thought that making a pizza product for my business would be very satisying for me and would feel more natural as i make the pizza muffins.

Hi I am Payton Shepherd, I am the creator of Paytee's pizzas. I first started my business at CART, The Center for Advanced Research and Technology. I am 18 years old and the idea of a guacamole based pizzza product came to me when i was texting a friend random foods put together and i just happened to say "guacamole pizza" and after i thought about it was thinking that guacamole and pizza would taste really good together. After that i decided to make it and sell it.
